By accessing or using Longvai, you agree to these terms. If you are using Longvai on behalf of an organization, you agree on that organization's behalf. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
Longvai is a personal health intelligence platform — not a medical device, not a diagnostic tool, and not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All insights are statistical observations from your personal data. They are hypotheses, not conclusions. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical decisions.
You own your health data. Longvai processes it solely to provide the service to you. We don't sell your data, we don't use your data to train shared AI models without explicit opt-in, and we don't share it with third parties except as required by law or to provide the service (e.g., cloud infrastructure providers under data processing agreements).
You must have a valid Google account to sign in. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Notify us immediately at hi@longvai.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
You may not use Longvai to violate any law, infringe any rights, attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, scrape data at scale, or interfere with the platform's integrity. Automated access requires prior written permission.
Longvai is currently in open beta. Features may change, break, or disappear. We'll try to give notice for significant changes, but beta means things are in flux. We're not liable for data loss during the beta period — though we take data integrity seriously.
Longvai is provided 'as is' without warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee the accuracy of health insights, uptime, or fitness for any particular purpose. Health is complex; we do our best, but we are not infallible.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Longvai and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms. We'll notify you by email or in-app for material changes. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance.
